The zip files include the Windows version of Void only. Once you've downloaded it, unzip it to any folder. To start the game, just run VOID.EXE.
(Please note that you may be required to install DirectX 7 in order to play this game. If you're not sure, just run the game first. If it doesn't run and go straight to Windows, then you may need to install it. Alternatively, you can try the DOS version.)

Alternatively, you can download the DOS version of Void, available here (278 Kb). Please note that this requires you to download and install the files included within the Void alpha 0.3 zip file. Unzip the contents into the same directory as the above installation, and run VOIDDOS.EXE.
The interface should be pretty easy to grasp - online help information is provided throughout the game. For more details, please refer to the readme.txt file.
General hardware requirements
Please note that these are *estimates*:
- Operating System: Windows 95, 98, NT or 2000 (Win Me?), DOS :-)
- Pentium 100 and above (Pentium 166 recommended)
- 16 MB RAM
- Sound Blaster compatible sound card
- 3 Mb HDD space
- DirectX 7 or above (Required for Windows version)
